KG Constructions Group is expanding and have opened two new offices – „KGC Facades UK Ltd“ in the United Kingdom and „KGC Switzerland AG“ in the Switzerland.

UK based team will be responsible for sales, business development, project management and site operations, while Swiss based office will be responsible for the design and engineering of some of the most complex curtain walling solutions.

Our new team’s experience and their team’s experience in the construction and facades industries in Europe is extensive and impressive with more than 35 years!

„KGC Facades UK Ltdstarted with Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) Richard Till,  Luis Goncalves (CPO) plus 2 bid managers and 2 in the project team. Richard has worked in construction for 35 years and for specialist facade contractors for 27 years. Luis Goncalves has 15 years in construction and 10 of each years’ experience in facade industry. All the team are highly experienced in working in the UK major projects facade market.

In „KGC Switzerland AG“ team as Chief Technical Officer (CTO) joined Alain Anthony plus five team members who are responsible for individual areas -1 senior structural engineer, 1 senior building physics engineer, 1 senior designer and some excellent designers.

Together, the management team has implemented dozens of the noticeable and most complex projects in the UK and in others countries, such as: France, Germany, Portugal, Poland, India, China, In the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Australia and In the Middle East.

New factory

By the end of the first quarter of 2022 KGC group plan to build the region’s first aluminum-glass structure plant. Construction has accelerated and total investment in this development will reach 10 million Eur. The company will carry out development there in two stages. During the first stage, the shop floor with an administrative building attached are going to raise, 13,800 sq. m. in total. In new home will be sauna, a modern gym, eight meeting rooms, conference hall and basketball court. Over the next year KGC group plan to hire an additional 150 new employees.

Other financial information

2021 sales revenue of the group of companies will be several percentage points lower due to supply chain instability and longer delivery times. However in 2022 company plans strong 60% sales revenue growth compared to 2021 and reach 70 million Euro turnover. Now we are preparing to achieve this goal. The whole organization is adapting to new challenges. 2023 projected sales revenue should reach 100 million. Euros. The level of orders approved to date for 22-23 years is the highest in the history of the KGC Group at over 125 million Euros.
