We are thrilled to announce the successful installation of the Kuka robot from Schüco International KG at our facility, marking the first installation of this advanced technology outside of Germany! This cutting-edge robot is set to revolutionize our metal construction production by enhancing our Schüco machining center AF510 with an autonomous loading and unloading system for aluminium profiles.

With the Kuka robot’s powerful gripper, capable of handling loads up to 36 kilograms, we can now automate the loading and unloading processes. This state-of-the-art technology allows for profiles to be seamlessly removed from the shelf and loaded into the machine, enabling fully automated and autonomous processing—even in the smallest of spaces.
