This administrative building was developed in the northern part of Stockholm. It is used by the Church of Sweden. This project is unique, because, compared to traditional construction with cross-laminated timber, where the assembly of building constructions, insulation, facade finishing and window installation are carried out on a construction site – this project was executed a bit differently. Our specialists completely assembled wall elements at the factory, then delivered them to the construction site and assembled them there. This process guaranteed a speedier execution and better quality.

The specialists designed channels for pipes and wires, air-ducts and built-in furniture. 90 % of the timber slab area was used as the final interior finish, which provided the building with cosines and distinctiveness.

These days, because of the excellent physical and mechanical qualities of cross-laminated timber (CLT), buildings exceeding more than 70 meters are being designed and built.
