KG Constructions Group is proud to announce our upcoming project at 14A Konstitucijos Avenue, right in the heart of Vilnius.
The K14A project, a 7-story business center spanning approximately 28,807 square meters, is designed by RSHP architects in collaboration with UAB Unitectus.
Our Project Manager, Gediminas Zimaitis, notes that:
“This project is unique because all facade elements are mounted on steel beams, with cantilevered sections along the building’s edges. Our team adjusted the system to accommodate unusually large metal deflections. KG Constructions Group’s scope includes the building’s external structures—unitized and stick facades, doors, and a skylight—covering nearly 80% of the exterior, and about 97% of all vertical walls.”
The central space is anchored by a series of platforms and lush, planted landings connected by wide, inviting steps. This area is designed not only for movement but also as a gathering hub, ideal for meeting, greeting, or simply relaxing. Above this vibrant central venue, a fully glazed atrium roof brings natural light into the heart of the building, with automated ventilation and solar control systems ensuring a comfortable, climate-sensitive environment.
