Gama is a successfully completed B+ class business centre in Vilnius. The total area of the ten-storey building is 10 340 square meters, the total area of exterior aluminium-glass constructions – 5 700 square meters.
The modern building of exceptional design is situated near the main artheries of the city – Kalvarijų, Ozo, Geležinio Vilko streets, which makes it easily accessible. The business centre is built on the eastern part of the multifunctional 60 ha territory, next to such objects as Siemens Arena, Vichy Water Park and Ozas Shopping and Entertainment Centre.
The modern engineering systems equipped in the business centre ensure a continuous, safe and reliable functioning for businesses. In addition, engineering solutions that conserve the environment and energy resources, as well as ensure employee comfort and minimal operating costs, are also built into the business centre. Schüco façade FW 50+ systems were used for façade construction.
