Real estate management and development company “MG Valda” developed A class business complex Park Town in Lvovo street, Vilnius. The new complex consist of two buildings, whose total area is 22 000 square meters.
Aiming to bring employees closer to nature, Remigijus Bimba, the architect and general manager of the “Architektūros kūrybinė grupė” company, designed the Park Town complex roof to blend in with Šeškinės hills. In addition, as many as possible of the complex windows faced the Japanese Garden of Vilnius.
For the first time in Lithuania, business center Park Town’s facades equipped with sun collectors. The total area of the first building façade is around 8000 square meters and the total area of the second one – 11 000 square meters.
