“Cyber City” is located on the territory of the abandoned factory “Sparta”, this complex consists of 35 thousand. sq. m. co-working and commercial spaces. The total area of the “Cyber City” technology town is 1.7 ha. The project consists of four different types of buildings, and one of the architectural highlights of the “Cyber City” project is the preserved chimney that was in the factory area. The territory has not only offices, but also co-working spaces, a shop, cafes, a bar, a sports club, and the green area in the inner courtyard is open to the public. This complex is also one of the main centers of the technology community in the capital.
Buildings are designed by the international BREEAM standard for sustainable buildings. The environment of the innovative complex encourages the creation of new traditions, and various joint activities – the whole environment will be suitable for both work and leisure.
Within 3 different buildings, we used a wide range of products: unitized and double-skin curtain walls, stick curtain walling and windows. Services we delivered in this project: design, production, transportation, installation and project management. Total project scope for facades: 11 300 m2.
