Vilnius high-rise district have a new addition – “FLOW” business center at Lvovo st. 21. The business center consist of two connected structures of 15 and 20 floors. The total area is 15,000 square meters. The building is assigned to energy efficiency class A++. Building have a roof terrace with Wi-Fi for the office employees to relax or work under the sky. “FLOW” aim for the highest certification standard „BREEAM Outstanding“
During the design process, the decision was made to refuse any intermediate metal or element divisions at the ground floor in order to have the cleanest possible look from inside the building.
“KG Constructions Group” is responsible for more than 10 000 m2 of unitised curtain walls design, production, logistics, installation and project management. The largest unitised elements in the project are 8 x 5 x 4 meters, 4000 kg at the ground floor level. One is already holding West/North side of the building and the other hold West/South side.
