KG Constructions Group (KGCG) is one of the largest producers of aluminum and glass façade structures in the Baltic and Scandinavian countries.
The company invested over 17 million in the new plant in Molėtų Plentas in Vilnius. Production capacity of predominantly export products to double from 100,000 to 200,000 m² per year. For the first stage in 2021, the Company built a factory of 13,800 m² along with an administrative building to manufacture KG Constructions’ aluminum-glass façade products.
In addition to the new factory on the 3.5 ha plot, a modern, first class, three-story office building with a total area of 3200 m² was constructed. Almost the entire KGCG group administration relocated to the site.
The design of the production premises and office building aims to meet the requirements of aesthetic architecture and sustainable construction and operation. Design and construction were energy-wise: the building has an A+ energy efficiency class.
