Landbrukskvartalet Building C — Contributing to Oslo’s Urban Transformation
We are pleased to announce that KGC Norway AS has signed its first contract with Vedal Entreprenør AS for the construction of the office building Schweigaarden, located at Schweigaards gate 34C in Oslo.
The building is part of the large-scale Landbrukskvartalet redevelopment — a project developed by Landbrukskvartalet Utvikling, owned by Norges Bondelag, Aspelin Ramm, and Vedal.
Designed by Helen & Hard, Schweigaarden will cover approximately 9,500 m² across seven floors, offering space for 450–500 workstations, a green rooftop terrace, and an open ground floor with a café, shops, and a canteen.

Construction is already underway, with completion planned for the turn of 2027/2028.
