KG Constructions Group has signed a contract with Caddick Construction Limited for the façade of Block D as part of Phase 1 of Stone Yard development.
Our team will be responsible for the manufacture and installation of 2 689 unitized façade elements across 30 floors (97.6 m height), as well as 156 m² of stick façade on the ground floor. This building will form part of a vibrant new quarter in Digbeth, offering 605 modern apartments with a landscaped podium. The project is one of Birmingham’s most ambitious mixed-use developments. It brings new life to the Bullring Trading Estate with seven architecturally distinctive buildings, almost 1,000 apartments, landscaped courtyards, and a pedestrian-friendly boulevard connecting the neighbourhood over two phases.
The architecture reflects the character of the area through brick and terracotta tones, diverse textures, and human-scale design, while at the same time creating a modern and sustainable living environment.
By securing this contract, we not only strengthen our presence in the UK market but also continue to demonstrate that KGC is growing, moving forward, and successfully competing in international projects. ✔️
