This 65 000 m2 business center have two buildings which is connected by 24 000 m2 underground parking area. In total there is 35 000 m2 of rent-able office space with special ventilation system, lounge areas, fitness center, meditation room, terrace with working spaces. Buildings certified according to the international Fitwel system. This is the first project in the Baltic States to receive such certificate. Also, CORE meet the highest A + class energy efficiency requirements.
Our Group of companies were responsible for the design, production, transportation and installation of almost 16 000 m2 of unitised curtain walls facades.
