The entire façade is made of glass with 20 mm silicone gaskets. „Artery“ is the 1st project with KGC‘s unique bespoke unitised façade system, therefore it will go into our history books not only as the largest project to date in Lithuania, but also, with its unique design solutions. The system used in the facades is unique and has not been used anywhere else. It is a product created by our engineers individually for this project in order to meet and implement all customer requirements and expectations.

THE NEW NORTH ZEALAND HOSPITAL (Nyt Hospital Nordsjælland) - clover-leaf shaped building is designed by famous Swiss architecture firm Herzog & de Meuron in conjunction with local Danish architects from Vilhelm Lauritzen. A substantial part of the façade cladding constructed in wooden material in order to blend with the landscape and make it more welcoming for the patients and staff. Also, wood symbolizes deep Danish design traditions. Despite its large size (118 000 m2) the Hospital is designed to be on a human scale by having only four floors at its highest point as well as transferring the feel of safety and healthiness due to it standing within the forest, closely surrounded by trees.
