Vilnius TECH “Gravity” Career Day 2026: KG Constructions Group Insights, Experience, and Talent Engagement

This year’s “Gravity” Career Day, organized by Vilnius Gediminas Technical University, once again confirmed that the new generation of engineers, project managers, and construction professionals is curious, ambitious, and ready to shape the cities of the future. At KG Constructions Group, we were pleased to be part of this event and to engage directly with future professionals in our field.

Why “Gravity” Matters to Us

The “Gravity” Career Day is more than a traditional networking event. It is a platform where academic knowledge meets real business needs. For us, it provides an opportunity to:

  • present KGCG’s activities on an international scale,
  • showcase our projects across Scandinavia and Western Europe,
  • connect with future colleagues at an early stage in their careers.

This year, we observed particularly strong interest in façade engineering, sustainable solutions, and project management—areas where KGCG continues to grow actively.

Student Questions Reflect Market Trends

Through our conversations with students, we identified a clear trend: more and more young professionals are seeking not only employment, but also purpose. The most common questions focused on:

  • experience in international projects,
  • career growth opportunities,
  • technological solutions and innovation,
  • company culture and team dynamics.

This demonstrates that the new generation values not only compensation, but also an environment where they can learn, grow, and create meaningful impact.

What We Presented

During the event, we shared our experience in delivering complex, large-scale projects, including:

  • façade system solutions,
  • project execution in Scandinavian markets,
  • collaboration with architects and contractors,
  • innovation and sustainability principles applied in our projects.

We also invited students to get to know our team more closely and explore career opportunities—from internships to long-term positions.

Talent Engagement as a Long-Term Investment

Events like “Gravity” allow us not only to present who we are, but also to better understand the expectations of future professionals. We believe that strong organizations are built by strong people, which is why investing in young talent remains one of our key strategic priorities.

We would like to thank everyone who visited our stand, showed interest, asked questions, and shared their ideas. We hope these conversations will become the first step toward future collaboration.

We look forward to meeting again at upcoming events—or perhaps next time, as colleagues at KG Constructions Group.
