The KGC Group team visited the Vilniaus Užimtumo Tarnyba to present career opportunities in manufacturing.
During the meeting, participants were introduced to the company’s activities, current open production positions, the specifics of aluminium façade manufacturing, working conditions, and career opportunities within an international construction and façade engineering company.

During the visit, clients of the Employment Service were introduced to KGC Group’s operations, growth strategy, and ongoing projects across Scandinavia, Western Europe, and the United Kingdom.
Participants learned that KGC Group specializes in the design, manufacturing, and installation of unitized and stick aluminium–glass façade systems. Our team contributes to the delivery of modern, sustainable, and architecturally distinctive buildings.
It was also emphasized that manufacturing in Lithuania is a key part of KGC Group’s operations. This is where high value-added products are developed and produced for major international projects.

Aluminium Structure Assembler
Participants were introduced to the scope of work involving aluminium façade elements, the required skills, training process, and internal career development opportunities. Motivation and willingness to learn are equally important aspects of this role.
CNC Machine Operator
